Ritz-Carlton, a luxury accommodation brand, announced its new signed contract to manage two new properties in Asia. The two properties; the Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui in Thailand and Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Niseko Village in Japan, will be the two new destinations to add to the prestigious brand’s inventory.
The Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Niseko Village will be located at the base of Mount Niseko-Annupuri that is well-known as a ski haven. Niseko is a famous place that was listed as one of the top 20 places to visit in the world by The New York Times while Forbes Travel also put Niseko among the world’s top 20 ski resorts as well.
This new ski resort will feature 50 guestrooms and it is scheduled to complete in 2020. When finished, the resort will be located in the heart of Niseko Village, the place that is often compared with St Moritz in Switzerland and Aspen in Colorado. Guests staying at this opulent resort will be enjoying the view of Yotei or Ezo Fuji and the ski experience. During the summer season, guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor recreation including golf, trekking and horse riding.
The second property, Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui, will be located on the north coast of the island. Situated in Plai Laem area famous for its pristine white sandy beach and emerald water, the new resort will feature 187 luxurious guestrooms and pool villas.
Located on the beachfront area, the resort will offer several dining outlets, wellness and recreational activities and facilities. (news.ritzcarlton.com)
