Meet Holistic Design Studio, a Mumbai based well-known leader in the architecture and interior design sector, who has been honored with a 2024 Luxury Lifestyle Award for Best Luxury Retail Interior Design in India. This recognition highlights their exceptional work on a renovation project, “Suuraj Popley by Popley Eternal,” which is a renowned jewelry store located in Mumbai.
Under the leadership of Architect Jitesh Kamdar, the studio excels in crafting environments that combines luxury with functionality. The award-winning Suuraj Popley by Popley Eternal project was executed between April and September in 2023 and comprised the transformation of a jewelry store, 25 years of age, into an elegant retail space.
Jitesh Kamdar elaborated, “Our design approach for this project was to infuse international allure while honoring the brand’s premium essence. We prioritized contemporary materials, ergonomic forms, as well as soft contours to boost the brightness and usability of each jewelry piece.”
The Holistic Design Studio delivered widespread services, from the initial concept development to final execution, encompassing interior and lighting design, furniture sourcing, MEP design as well as comprehensive project management. They emphasized sustainability by repurposing existing marble glass and flooring that not only highlights their dedication to environmental stewardship, but also infused the space with an appreciation of eco-friendly heritage.
Furthermore, the studio designs bespoke fittings and furniture by collaborating closely with reliable manufacturing partners to ensure each detail meets their reputed standards. They specialize in architectural and interior design for retail, workspaces, residential and luxury projects through India and the USA.
